Implement. Build a program that black educators flock to; believe in; leads to greater impact for Black and Latinx students; and fits within the Urban Teachers brand and ethos.
Execute. Manage internal and external expectations and build an A team of leaders to deliver the outcomes of the Black Educators Initiative.
You report to Chief Program Officer, Jacqueline Greer and will sit on the senior executive team.
You will have 2-3 staff supports in each Urban Teachers site in the coming years.
