You will launch 2-3 new sites over the next 3 years by identifying champions who believe in the impact Surge fellows will have in their city.
You will unearth rare talent by finding prospective board members and EDs for whom joining Surge's quest will be the opportunity of a lifetime.
You will raise $4.5M-$8M in capital over three years from those invested in the power of African American, Latinx and API leaders using their collective power to influence change.
You will transform Surge from a network of nearly 100 Surge alums to a network of nearly 1,000.
